On behalf of our team, we recognize that we are living in difficult times, and we hope you are keeping healthy and safe. Currently, we do not refund our non-refundable retainers/deposit per our contract. However, we are allowing clients to use their non-refundable retainer for a future event up until 18 months from the date of their initial contracted event. Some of our clients are also opting to scale down to a smaller cake that is covered by their deposit. Once you have a new date for your event, let us know that and we will move it to that date on the calendar.

Yes, please do. We make a fresh assortment of our most popular flavors in both cake jars and cupcakes 4 days a week. If you are coming in for a particular flavor, let us know and we just might be able to whip something up special for you! 

And if you can’t make into our store, we offer a sample package of an assortment of our most popular flavor combos that we can ship to you overnight for only $35.

We are happy to do tastings or consultations for weddings or for any events with a budget exceeding $800.   For all other events, cupcakes can be purchased in store to sample.  If you are not local, we can ship to you a curated sample set of cupcakes in our most popular flavor combos to help you decide for the perfect flavor for you .

Just like you and your event, our custom cakes are unique and customized. The pricing varies for each custom product. The minimum order is $175, which covers our most basic 10 servings/quarantine size cake cake. Contact us to further discuss your needs.

Ordering is simple and the process is fun.  To begin, fill in our contact form on this site, call us or send an email to orders@chicsugars.com. And then this is where the fun begins.  Let’s talk about your event and what you are looking for so our team can start designing something extra special for you. Once the design is agreed on, a final price is quoted and a contract is created. We do require a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract to reserve a cake and hold a specific date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to date. 

A masterpiece takes time to create.  And not to toot our horn but these desserts are so good that they are in demand. [Toot Toot!]  We recommend placing your order as soon as possible.  We are generally booked out as far as 8 weeks in advance.  And remember: a date is not reserved until a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are received.

We aaccept all major credit cards through our secure online portal via our website. 

We deliver within the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT). Delivery fees are based on total drive time and range from $15 within 5 miles in Fort Lee, New Jersey to $175 (central CT.) Please call or e-mail for pricing for a specific location.
 

Retainers are non-refundable.  The retainer amount may be used toward a future order from one (1) year of contract issuance (no monies will be refunded.)
