Yes, please do. We make a fresh assortment of our most popular flavors in both cake jars and cupcakes every day.
Does Chic Sugars offer tasting and/or consultations?
We are happy to do tastings or consultations for weddings or for any events with a budget exceeding $800. For all other events, cupcakes can be purchased in-store to sample.
How much does a Chic Sugars Custom cake cost?
Just like you and your event, our custom cakes are unique and customized. The pricing varies for each custom product. The minimum order is $195, which covers our most basic 10 servings/quarantine size cake. Contact us to further discuss your needs.
How do I place an order for a custom dessert with Chic Sugars?
Ordering is simple, and the process is fun. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible as we typically book out 4-6 weeks in advance. To begin, fill in our contact form on this site, call us, or email email@example.com. And then, this is where the fun begins. Let’s talk about your event and what you are looking for so our team can design something special for you. Once the design is agreed on, a final price is quoted, and a contract is created. We require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract to reserve a cake and hold a specific date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the date. Any orders under $200 are due in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
How soon should I place my order?
A masterpiece takes time to create. And not to toot our horn but these desserts are so good that they are in demand. [Toot Toot!] We recommend placing your order as soon as possible. We are generally booked out as far as 8 weeks in advance. A date is not reserved until a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are received.
What forms of payment does Chic Sugars accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure online portal via our website.
Does Chic Sugars deliver and if so, how far?
We deliver our custom cakes & treats within the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT). Delivery fees are based on total drive time and range from $15 to $175+. Please call or e-mail for pricing for a specific location.
What is your refund policy?
The 50% retainers required to serve a slot are non-refundable. The retainer amount may be used toward a future order from one (1) year of contract issuance (no monies will be refunded.)
