Basics of Buttercream & Fondant Class

The full cost is $200 for this class.  **If you select "half pay" your slot is reserved and an invoice for the additional amount will be emailed to you, but if full payment is not received at least 2 weeks prior to the class, your slot and deposit will be forfeited.  The deposit can used for a later class, if space is available.  Additionally, due to the limited seats in the class, we will not be offering any refunds.  If for some reason after you have paid, you need to cancel your monies paid can be used towards a future class.**

This class is a 5 hour class that will cover the basics and fundamentals of covering and decorating fondant covered cakes.  During this class you will learn to torte, level, fill, and crumb coat cakes before covering them in fondant with sharp edges.  We will learn some basic decorating techniques like quilting, bows, and onlays.

Additionally, we will discuss cake business 101.  The basics of starting a business, customer interactions, and contracts and invoices.
